Viewing and Managing Booking Documents

In DASH, you can easily search for a booking, view all related documents and notes, and manage them efficiently. This guide walks you through searching, accessing, organizing, and sending booking documents.

Access Booking Documents

After selecting a booking:

  1. You’ll be taken to the booking details page.
  2. Click the Docs / Notes button to access all related documents and notes.


View Documents and Notes

In the Docs/Notes section:

  1. You can see all documents and notes related to the booking.
  2. Click any document to open and view it.

Add and Organize Documents

You can also manage documents for easier review:

  • Upload extra or optional documents.
  • Drag and drop to rearrange the order of documents.
  • Add dividers to separate documents into sections.

This helps keep booking files tidy and simple to review.


Document Action Buttons

In the documents section, you will find three main action buttons:


  • Send System Docs – Sends primary documents only.
  • Send All – Sends all available documents.
  • Download All – Downloads all documents as a local copy.

Use dividers and clear file naming to make document review faster and easier.
