Creating a Quote

This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to create a quote in DASH, from accessing the quote form to saving and viewing the completed quote.


Before adding a quote, ensure you’ve already followed the steps for Creating an Enquiries.


  1. Accessing the Add Quote Form

From the Customer page, select the existing enquiry for which you want to create a quote.

Under Quotes/Bookings, click Add Quote.


  1. Enter Quote Details

Fill in the required fields.

You may also fill in any optional fields as needed (e.g., transport, accommodation, extras).


  1. Save the Quote

Click the Save button.

If successful, the full details of the quote will be displayed on the right-hand side of the page.



  1. (Optional) Edit Images for the Customer’s Reference

Click Edit Images.


A Quote Images modal will display. Select a template at the top of the image.

Search for an image using the search bar, then click Search.

Drag and drop the image into the selected template. Then click Close.


Click Preview Quote to review the details of the quote.
