Creating an Enquiry

This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to create a new enquiry or booking within the DASH, from accessing the Enquiries page to entering customer details and confirming the entry.
How to add an enquiry
- Accessing the Enquiry
In DASH, go to Enquiries/Bookings.

Select Add Enquiry from the menu.

- Enter Enquiry Details
- Fill in the required fields such as First Name, Last Name, Contact Number, Email, Departure Date, Departure Airport, Destination, and Enquiry Details.

- You may also fill in any optional fields as needed.
- Click the Add Enquiry button.
- View Customer Details
If successful, the system will redirect you to the Customer Details page.
