This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to create a new enquiry or booking within the DASH, from accessing the Enquiries page to entering customer details and confirming the entry.

How to add an enquiry

  1. Accessing the Enquiry

In DASH, go to Enquiries/Bookings.


Select Add Enquiry from the menu.


  1. Enter Enquiry Details

  • Fill in the required fields such as First Name, Last Name, Contact Number, Email, Departure Date, Departure Airport, Destination, and Enquiry Details.
Field Description Example
First Name Customer’s first name John
Last Name Customer’s last name Doe
Contact Number Customer’s phone number +44 7911 123456
Email Customer’s email address johndoe@email.com
Departure Date Date of departure 02/Sep/2025
Departure Airport Airport where the customer will depart LGW
Destination Customer’s destination Japan
Enquiry Details Additional details about the request Wants to visit Disneyland
  • You may also fill in any optional fields as needed.
  • Click the Add Enquiry button.


  1. View Customer Details

If successful, the system will redirect you to the Customer Details page.
