How to Add a New Customer

This article explains how to add a new customer within the DASH, from accessing the Add Customer page to viewing the customer’s details after creation.

  1. Accessing the Customers Page

In DASH, click the Customers button.


Select Add Customer from the menu.


  1. Enter Customer Details

In the Customer Name field, type the full name of the customer.

Click the option Add new customer called [Customer Name] to proceed.

  1. View Customer Details

Once submitted, the system will redirect you to the newly created customer details page if successful.

After creating the customer, you can input necessary details such as Contact numbers, Email addresses, and Postal address.

Field Description Example
Contact Numbers Customer’s phone numbers for communication +44 7911 123456
Email Addresses Customer’s email address for correspondence johndoe@email.com
Postal Address Customer’s residential or mailing address 123 Main St, London, UK

This ensures the customer profile is complete and accurate.
